Uncategorized Vacation begins this weekend with a gymnastics meet. It’s being held in Omaha at Cahoy’s. Hope to get some decent pics although pretty tough picture taking conditions; super high motion, bad light, and far away. We’ll see what we can do. The original plan was to attend the meet in the morning, head to KC in that afternoon and stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. Unfortunately the meet time got moved to the afternoon which changed our plans. Couldn’t see paying $225 for couple hours of time. Maybe another weekend.

Uncategorized Damn, just spent some time on a final post of the eve, and bam, wp just blew up on me. Typed my standard notion, clicked save, and ‘ouch’ post saved but blank. First time I’ve run into a weird like that. Anyway, I had said that my tweaks to wordpress as of late have gotten me close to where I was a couple of months ago. I guess practice makes perfect. I’ve gotten the flickr badge going, falbum installed (though needing configuration and content updates), and other minor tweaks here and there. The K2 theme is been much improved, quite amazing what mods can been completed. Have to keep up with this stuff, have lost most of my time at work to ‘productivity’ instead of keeping the ‘techie‘ edge.Anyway, gotta get my 6 hours of shut-eye. With Amy going back to work, it has been quite the family routine adjustment, that would be a post at a different time. Went to the Lincoln Children’s Museum Halloween party tonight. Unfortunately no picts to post due to the camera memory card being left on the computer desk (ouch). Did I mention family routine has been a bit challenging

Uncategorized Well I’d say this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve tried starting the whole blogging thing up. Hopefully this time things will stick. I’ve gotten the latest of k2 up and running, will be working on the css after while. Getting ready to head out on a much needed vacation to Cancun! We’ll head out this weekend. I’ll send some picts back as they come in, of course that is if we have internet.
