Looking on the bright side I’ve managed to keep 25 off, translated into needing to loose 35 again and maintain. Week 1 nearly complete I’ve lost the initial 5 of water. I’ve lost some of my WW knowledge but it’s coming back.

Well it’s about time to move to the next thing. Until next time.

Amy surprised me with a wonderful evening of great food, entertainment, and company. She planned the night to the hilt including finding care for the kids overnight (thanks mom and dad), which in it of itself is no small task. Between gymnastics deliveries, blankies, and toothbrushes, lots of things to track down and organize. We went to Misty’s and had a fantastic meal. She surprised with 2 tickets to a local posh annual fundraiser. The Chocolate Lover’s Fantasy is a great event where local businesses get together and create some very interesting and delicious creations, all from chocolate.

They had fresh cotton candy and chocolate moose, as well as a huge chocolate covered onion. There was a great turnout at the event and lots of chocolate for all. Thanks for the wonderful surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Happy Valentine’s Day, I love you!

Ok, so it’s been a while since I attended Weight Watchers. Back in the day (I think around 2004 or ’05) I managed to lose close to 60 pounds! Now here in 2010 some, not all of it is back. Do I dare talk to the world about losing weight again, sure why not! We’ve started a new program at the U called ‘Shape up the Nation’. I am a bit apprehensive due to the cost, basically for the right and privilege to have a team and share workout times and things. I guess it keeps you on track, similar to that of Weight Watchers which proved to be very successful for me. My question to those of you that have never had problems with weight management, do you have to think about watching what you eat every time you eat? Even when I was in WW, it is almost an obsession to stay on track. I really equate it with addiction, but in this case the one thing that is the vice is required by the body to live, hum what a bummer! Anyway, my goal is to drop 10% of my weight by March. Shooting for the sky I would love to lose 20% by the end of May!

A shout out to Amy and Andy, do you guys have a set schedule you are going to try to make it to the Y. I’d love to join, we’ve been trying to make it a couple nights a week and maybe a weekend day here and there? What do ya say?
